Role Overview

The Sales Professional (Closer) plays a key role in driving revenue by engaging qualified leads, underwriting deals, and converting opportunities into successful sales. You’ll work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions and contribute directly to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Close warm leads generated by the Sales Development team.
• Evaluate and underwrite deals to determine land value and create competitive offer prices.
• Conduct phone-based negotiations and follow-ups with property owners to close deals.
• Manage and track sales activity using CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss and Land ID.
• Maintain consistent communication and ensure smooth deal handoffs within the team.
