About the Role

I run two remote businesses employing 50+ people across LatAm, South Africa, Egypt and the Philippines. One business is a heads of recruitment / Headhunting agency. The role requires a high-performance closer who turns warm leads into closed deals; you will take pre-qualified leads, guide them through a structured sales process, and close the deal. You should be sharp, persuasive, and relentlessly focused on results. This role targets individuals who are motivated to earn meaningful income and are willing to put in the work required.

Responsibilities

• Take pre-qualified leads and guide them through a structured sales process to close deals.
• Maintain CRM accuracy, handle objections, and consistently hit aggressive KPIs.
• Utilize provided leads, training, and systems to execute effectively.
• Approach every call as an opportunity to close and maximize results.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

5 days per week, 9 hours per day (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks). 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM CST.
