Financial Manager

A dynamic and growth-focused organization is seeking a skilled and strategic Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers an opportunity to be a key player in driving financial efficiency and supporting business decision-making at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk assessment.
• Implement financial controls and ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
• Develop financial models and reports to aid in business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, tax submissions (VAT, PAYE, Income Tax), and liaise with SARS as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial efficiency and cost management.
