A leader in the pathology diagnostic sector is seeking an experienced, resilient, ethical and results driven HR Manager to join their JHB team. The ideal candidate would need to have a track record of being a strong influencer, adaptable, cope with unrealistic expectations, conflict / crisis management, maintaining confidentiality.
Key experience and qualifications :
- Matric
- Relevant diploma / Bachelors' degree
- No less than 2 years' holding a HR Supervisory / Manager title
- No less than 5 years' HR experience
- Proficient with MS Office and HR related systems
- Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront x 2
