Job descriptionAllocates machines in line with job card received, taking into account distance and customer requirements. Mining / RES and Sinfields Plant (East & West) Ensures that machines and operators are allocated to each job card. Ensures no non-supply of machines and operators. Must know what excess machines and operators / spotters are available every day after machine allocation Ensures adherence to SLA agreements. Ensures machine and operator / spotter requirements are daily discussed with Line Manager. Ensures the most efficient routes are planned with the minibus drivers for mining / RES and Sinfields Plant (East & West). Ensures that the priority machines are allocated to the trucks and moved first, and machines are delivered and collected daily Ensures daily cleaning and standard of the transport (Trucks and Minibuses) Drivers shift and overtime management Ensure drivers medicals and access to mines / RES and Sinfields Plant are updated by safety department Ensures that the locations of machines are 100% accurate on D365 and planning board. Ensure all machines at Sasol are fitted with telematics and units are functioning. Daily management of telematics system on site. Notifies management of any units not functioning or not correct in D365 and resolves immediately. Supervise the daily activities of the onsite administrative staff. Compiles YTT, Works pack and ensure no job cards are missed that is send via mail. Request job cards not send via mail that reflects in Works pack and YTT from Sasol planner. Ensure all job cards for scoping are printed and k2 cards are submitted and captured daily. Grade 12 Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Logistics Certificate / diploma Logistics Coordination (2 years exp). Administration (2 years exp). Health and Safety Work at height products / equipment Fleet Management Project Management Lean Management We will ONLY consider applications from suitably experienced candidates that meet the requirements of this vacancy.

An experienced SENIOR LOGISTICS COORDINATOR is required for permanent employment based in Secunda ( Mining / RES and Sinfields Plant (East & West) SASOL.
- To allocate machines to each job, ensuring that there are no non-supplies. Planning of truck schedules, ensuring that customers receive their machines timeously.
- To manage the location of machines and to ensure that corrective measures are taken to ensure 100% D365 accuracy at all times.
