Are you a fresh graduate or a junior creative looking for a place to actually start your career, not just fetch coffee? We are looking for someone to join our young, diverse team where your voice matters and your ideas will actually be heard.

This is a dual role where you get to apply what you learned in school to the real world. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where we expect you to learn on the job.

The Vibe :

At the Agency (Idea Pioneers) : You’ll work with some of the smartest marketing tech out there, surrounded by nice people who want to see you succeed.

At the School : If you love kids, this part will fuel your soul. It’s high-energy, heartwarming, and genuine.

The Setup : Your Hybrid Hustle

You’ll be wearing two hats (don't worry, you'll look great in both). You need to be disciplined enough to switch between "School Mode" and "Agency Mode."

On-Site @ A primary school (Westdene) : 4 Half-Days per week.

Remote @ Idea Pioneers : 5 Half-Days per week.

(Total : A standard full-time work week, just with way more variety.)

PART 1 : THE SCHOOL EXPERIENCE

Mission : Capture the Magic & Keep the Ship Sailing You are the eyes and ears of the school. Your goal is to show the world how amazing our community is.

Content & Storytelling (The Fun Stuff)

Be the Lens : Capture those unscripted, adorable moments of students and teachers. (You need to be comfortable hanging out with kids and getting them to smile!).

Video Star : Film and edit the weekly 15–30 second Reels / TikToks that stop the scroll.

Design Wizardry : Create cool graphics for events, Digital Flipbooks (1 / month), and QR codes.

Marketing & Hype (The Growth Stuff)

Show us off : Help with school tours for prospective parents. (Don't worry, we’ll coach you until you’re a pro!).

Spread the word : Compile the newsletter, chat with local pre-schools, and help us market our awesome events.

Follow up : When parents enquire, you’re the friendly voice following up.

Office Support (The "Glue" Stuff)

Admin's Right Hand : Sometimes we just need hands on deck. Answering phones, taking messages, or helping with admin.

Community Vibes : Manage the suggestion box, run surveys, and reply to comments online (about 2 hours / week).

PART 2 : THE IDEA PIONEERS EXPERIENCE

Mission : Digital Strategy & Agency Life This is where you geek out on marketing tech and strategy from the comfort of your home.

Social Media Guru : Create, schedule, and post content for our agency accounts.

Trend Spotting : Use that formal education of yours! Research the latest digital trends and tell us how we can use them.

Remote Admin : Help the management team with reports, coordination, and general admin. We use smart tools, and we’ll teach you how to master them.

Who We’re Looking For

We don’t need you to know everything on day one. We need you to have the right DNA.

You Love Kids : This is non-negotiable. The school environment is loud, happy, and chaotic. If that energizes you, you’ll thrive.

You’re a Creator : You know your way around Canva and video editors like CapCut . You have an "eye" for a good shot.

You’re Tech-Comfy : You’re not afraid of Excel, and you know the difference between a Reel and a Story.

You’re a Self-Starter : Since you’re working from home half the time, we need to trust that you’re getting things done without someone looking over your shoulder.

You Want to Learn : You’re ready to take feedback, ask questions, and grow into a marketing pro.

The Logistics :

You need reliable transport to get to Westdene 4 days a week.

You need solid internet at home for your remote sessions.
