Overview

New Heights Roofing is seeking a Content Creator to help transform our website into a go-to learning hub for roofing knowledge, support our social media and digital presence, and drive trust with homeowners. This is a remote position with flexibility and a focus on creativity, research, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Learning Center on our website with educational, easy-to-understand content about roofing.
• Write SEO-optimized articles (at least two per week) based on client questions and homeowner concerns.
• Create and update service and location pages to strengthen SEO performance.
• Produce content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
• Write video scripts, edit raw footage, and create educational video content.
• Craft portfolio posts with project photos and summaries to showcase completed work.
• Research and implement strategies to stay on the cutting edge of AI, SEO, and content marketing trends.
• Track and analyze content performance, preparing weekly reports with key metrics.
• Apply an understanding of psychology and consumer behavior to create content that drives action.
• Research and stay on top of AI-driven search developments to ensure our content shows up in recommendations.
