MACHINE OPERATOR - PRODUCTION
ABOUT THE JOB
The Machine operator will be responsible for following operative guidelines / SOPs in order to help produce products for the comapnie based on the bill of materials and instructions laid out by the Production Planner and as instructed via the Team Leader or Supervisor. Their duties include checking that machinery is correctly set up, cleaned and sanitised and available for production at all times, ensuring that safety protocols are followed on the assembly line, and troubleshooting any issues found during production involving the Maintenance Supervisor as necessary.

Grade 10 - Matric.Pneumatics experience advantageous.1 years' experience in a similar role (as an operator in the personal care industry) a preference.Experience in a Warehouse / Production environment, cosmetic machinery advantageous.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.Good communication skills.Ability to maintain inhouse automation machinery (e.g. bottle filling machines etc) advantageousl spirit.
