What Youll Do
- Lead and direct the regional sales and business development strategy.
 - Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
 - Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and expenditure plans.
 - Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.
 - Manage and mentor the sales and administration teams to exceed targets.
 - Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed.
 - Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through trust and exceptional service delivery.
 - Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and company standards.
 
What Youll Bring
Matric (NQF 4) essential; Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (NQF 7+) preferred.Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales Management role within a medium to large organisation.Strong exposure to hospitality, service, or FMCG-related industries.Sound understanding of Supply and demand chain management.Textiles, laundry processes, and client service deliveryFinancial principles, budgeting, and forecastingLegal and compliance frameworks (OHSA, BCEA, LRA)Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).What Sets You Apart
