We are currently seeking an experienced Card Business Analyst to join a leading banking client on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking sector with specific expertise in card systems and products. This is a client-facing consulting role, so experience working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and manage business requirements for card-related products and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, IT, and operations teams to ensure effective solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, define process improvements, and support implementation of card product enhancements.
• Drive workshops, facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, and produce functional specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions within the card domain.

Contract role with potential for extension
