Working Hours

Monday – Friday 08h30 – 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.
• Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.
• Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all times.
• Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.
• Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.
• Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner.
• Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.
• Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.
• Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners.
• Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.

Package & Remuneration

R 24 000 p / month.
