JNR-Level Visual Designer

Position summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior-Level Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to maintaining design excellence, meeting deadlines, and driving the creative vision forward.

Key responsibilities

• Project management : Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the senior designer and other stakeholders effectively.
• Manage workflows and allocate tasks across the team to ensure that project deadlines are met.
• Monitor project timelines and identify any risks, providing solutions to mitigate delays.
• Design execution : Deliver high-quality design work across various mediums, including print, digital, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with brand guidelines and meet client or company objectives.
• Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh ideas to the team and projects.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as social, paid media and digital to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Support the senior designer in strategic planning and creative direction as needed.
• Client interaction : Present design concepts and revisions to clients, incorporating feedback as necessary.
