Qualifications / Requirements :

Experience managing a retail branch or sales team.

Background in commercial truck or bus parts; technical knowledge is a plus.

Strong sales and target-driven mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Willing to work overtime and have own transport.

Open to undergoing a polygraph test.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee general management of staff and store operations.

Manage branch budget, stock control, and stock-taking processes.

Drive and grow sales performance, managing sales targets and expanding the customer base.

Handle all customer-related matters, including visits, queries, and complaints.

Candidate Requirements :

Able to perform under pressure and maintain focus on results.

Self-motivated, able to work independently, and lead a sales team effectively.

Sales and target-driven, with a strong appetite for acquiring new business while maintaining current customer relationships.

Experience with commercial truck and bus parts; a technical background is an advantage.

Willingness to work overtime and possess reliable own transport.

Willingness to undergo a polygraph test.
