Role Summary

As the Local Growth Manager for South Africa , you will lead Binance’s P2P platform development , local growth strategy , and regulatory coordination in the region. You’ll be responsible for expanding Binance’s reach within local crypto communities, ensuring our offerings are culturally and economically aligned with market needs, and driving adoption through education and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow Binance’s P2P business operations in South Africa and Southern Africa .
• Localize the product and ensure it meets regulatory and cultural standards in the region.
• Collect user feedback, conduct market analysis, and stay on top of competitor activities to inform local strategy.
• Develop partnerships with P2P vendors , crypto communities , influencers, and regional associations to expand awareness and usage.
• Lead go-to-market plans, marketing campaigns, and educational initiatives tailored to the South African crypto audience.
• Liaise with banks, regulators, and payment providers to maintain compliant and effective operations.
• Keep abreast of local regulatory frameworks and advise internally on opportunities and challenges.
