Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Representative with a strong background in software sales and a proven ability to engage with C‑suite executives. This role is critical in driving the adoption of Raizcorp’s software solutions across key markets in South Africa. The ideal candidate will excel at presenting complex solutions, generating high‑quality leads, and closing high‑value deals through both strategic outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop executive relationships : Build and sustain relationships with C‑suite and senior‑level decision‑makers across targeted industries.
• Drive software sales : Execute a consultative sales approach to promote Raizcorp’s software offerings, identifying client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
• High‑impact presentations : Deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing clear ROI and technical value.
• Strategic prospecting : Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Lead the sales cycle : Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—with a focus on high‑value engagements.
• Market & competitor analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with teams : Work closely with internal product and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer feedback.
• Represent Raizcorp : Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and represent the company as a software thought leader.
