Job description5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and retention strategy. 3+ years as a Klaviyo power user managing automations and predictive analytics. Demonstrated experience with data segmentation and revenue attribution reporting. Proven record of optimizing deliverability and sender reputation across campaigns. Authorized to work as an independent contractor; remote role aligned to PST hours. Reliable wired Internet connection (25 Mbps+) with backup option. Compensation & Perks : Monthly pay USD $1,000–$2,000 (depending on experience). Access to a $K+ perk marketplace with discounts on global services. Earned wage access : up to 50 % of approved earnings available before payday. On‑time, in‑currency payments.

Responsibilities
- Architect multi‑branch automation flows that scale across campaigns and triggers.
- Build predictive segments to personalize offers and drive repeat purchases.
- Analyze cohort performance, revenue attribution, and deliverability metrics.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align brand voice and growth KPIs.
- Manage integrations and optimize sender reputation for maximum inbox placement.
