Senior Financial Manager

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly capable individual to take on the responsibility of overseeing all financial systems and managing the financial team. The role requires leadership skills, financial expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will report directly to the directors and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, compliance with tax regulations, payroll oversight, and various other financial and administrative tasks. While a chartered accountant qualification is preferred, candidates with extensive relevant experience and strong business acumen will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Team Management :

• Direct management of a team of four individuals, including one cashbook & ledger clerk, two creditor clerks, and one HR administrator.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team members to ensure their professional development and performance excellence.
