Freight forwarding estimator

we are looking for a freight forwarding estimator (air, sea, and road)

1. Obtain accurate and up-to-date pricing from suppliers to compile cost-effective estimates for clients.

2. Ensure all estimates include a detailed freight cost estimate to clients within agreed turnover times

3. minimum 2-3 years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics, preferably with a focus on pricing or estimating

4. knowledge of multi-modal freight forwarding processes (air, sea, road) and associated costs

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and freight management or CRM systems. Experience with shipShape

6. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

7. Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail

8.monitor market trends, suppliers' performance, and rate changes to maintain competitive pricing
