Our client in the Retail Industry requires the services of a Stock Forecaster to ensure optimum stock levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key performance areas :
- System coordination for supplier accounts optimize most profitable order patterns / frequency
- Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results
- Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service
- Promotional planning and replenishment
- Project management
- Data analysis and reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
The successful candidate must have :
Matric with a relevant degreeMinimum of 2 years relevant experience would be advantageousMust have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)Must be computer literate (Excel – Advanced would be advantageous)Product and market knowledgeAbility to cope under pressureExcellent planning and organizational skillsProven leadership skillsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
