Junior Buyer

Our client, a leading retail group, is looking for an Junior Buyer to join their procurement team. In this role you manage the full buying process — from supplier negotiations to ensuring stock availability in-store — all while keeping the business ahead of the competition.

The Key Responsibilities :

• Develop sourcing strategies and identify new suppliers.
• Negotiate the best prices, quality, and product ranges.
• Benchmark competitor pricing and track market trends.
• Manage supplier relationships, credit limits, and rebates.
• Monitor and proactively manage stock levels across branches.
• Support with promotions, returns, and inter-branch transfers.
