Media Coordinator

Overview

FourthRev is looking for a Multimedia Design Coordinator who will play a key role in shaping how learners experience our products by ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality multimedia content. This role requires a balance of creative production skills, strong organisational and project management capability, and a forward-looking interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities will include :

Content Development & Production Management :

• Collaborate with Learning Experience Designers (LXDs), marketing, and other internal teams to create engaging multimedia content that enriches the learning experience.
• Review, edit, and evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and quality of media assets, ensuring adherence to company brand and media production standards.
• Manage the end-to-end production process for video, audio, and digital content, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and freelancers, managing costs, quality, and delivery standards.
• Ensure media production complies with best practices in accessibility, inclusivity, and educational effectiveness.
