Answering all incoming calls within three ringsReporting of telephone system faults to the relevant supplierPrinting of daily reports from the telephone management systemSorting of Company mail to the correct persondepartmentCompiling the company mailbagWelcoming and announcing visitors to the correct personDistribution of messages to the correct person within the performance standard timeFiling of reception documentsLiaising with callers in a professional, courteous and respectful mannerUpdating the extension lists and distribution to all staffAllocating and programming of persons to extension numbersLiaising with service providers- quotes / maintenanceMonthly grocery shoppingWeekly stock takeLiaising with maintenance team and ensuring all job functions executedTypical Queries – Track & Trace, bad address shipments, copy proof of deliveries and verbal delivery detailsProficient in Excel reporting, including reparation of daily SLA reportRetrieve the Daily Collection Report by 15h00Update clients on any and all delays or discrepancies and reschedule collections as per client instructions.Handle the booking of IMPEX collectionsArrange FTL requirements as neededEnsure Pre-alerts are communicated to the relevant Operational Delivery BranchesJob Requirements - Experience and Education
