Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process within the UK education sector
- Drive new business through high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Confidently engage with gatekeepers and secure conversations with senior decision‑makers
- Build long‑term relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and trusts
- Source, screen, and place high‑quality candidates across various education roles
- Maintain and grow a strong client and candidate pipeline using CRM and job platforms
- Meet and exceed business development and placement targets
- Collaborate with a small, agile team to support the growth of a new recruitment venture
Qualifications and Experience
