About The Role
We’re seeking a highly articulate, business-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage and optimize appointment booking and lead qualification. You’ll represent multiple clients across diverse industries, requiring strong adaptability, professional communication, and strategic thinking.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects, understanding complex businesses, and driving measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound and outbound leads via email, Unibox, and DMs.
- Follow up with prospects who’ve shown interest or partially engaged with campaigns.
- Book qualified calls across multiple client calendars using scheduling tools.
- Confirm meetings and handle reschedules efficiently.
- Conduct short pre-calls to verify lead fit and ensure meeting readiness.
- Pass qualified opportunities to account executives or client teams.
- Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn and email across multiple client campaigns.
- Craft thoughtful, customized responses for diverse audiences.
- Track call show-up rates and qualification metrics.
- Identify improvements in communication flows and engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reports.
- Work closely with internal and client teams to refine outreach and messaging.
Requirements
Native or near-native English fluency; exceptional written and spoken communication.Strong business acumen and ability to understand different industries quickly.High emotional intelligence; confident and professional in high-profile interactions.Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple campaigns independently.Preferred Experience & Skills
