Dispatch Supervisor

Minimum Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

2. Proficiency in logistics or dispatch management systems

3. Proven experience in logistics, dispatch or operations management (min 3 - 5 years)

4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

5. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in schedules or priorities

8. Availability for flexible work hours where necessary
