Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Pretoria, with flexibility for some work from home. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales by identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your role will include providing product training to customers, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the internal team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Technical Sales and Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and fostering client relationships.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to provide product demonstrations and customer Training as needed.
• Additional qualifications such as a background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field are advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business management software is desirable.
