DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Assist with Hyfire designs and advise on solutions.
- Correspond regularly with existing and new consultants via email and telephonically.
- In conjunction with sales, maintain an accurate database of these consultants.
- Represent the company in local exhibitions / seminars.
Support
Provide first-level product support to clients.Attend site visits with clients to assist with site surveys and system design.Provide product demonstrations to clients on an ad-hoc basis.Assist with on-site commissioning of systems, should this be required.Create training schedules and organise venues for external training in consultation with the Hyfire Business Development Manager.Training & Technical
Provide training on the Hyfire wireless product line.Update ERP with all technical assistance cases.Key Performance Indicators

Essential Skills & Experience
At least three years of relevant pre-sales experience.A proven track record of doing system designs and generating accurate BOQs.Proven ability in providing technical demonstrations and presentations to customers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Well-versed in preparing professional proposal documentation.Fully computer literate.Advantageous Skills & Experience
Industry-specific knowledge of fire detection.SAQCC registered at Fire Detection Designer or Commissioner level.Experience with graphics packages such as AutoCAD and Integrated BIM toolsBTech Electronics or similar qualification.REPORTING
This position reports to the Hyfire Business Development Manager and to the Technical Manager on all technical support-related issues.LOCATION
This position is based in Port Elizabeth
