This role is required to perform most of the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.To lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and the full suite of Talent Management modules. The role involves working closely with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities :
Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.Implement and support Talent Management modules :Performance & GoalsSuccession & DevelopmentRecruitingLearning Management System (LMS)CompensationCollaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.Provide end-user training and support.Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.To thrive in this role, you need to have :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modulesRequired experience :
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.Strong functional knowledge of Talent modules.Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware).Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.Administrative / Management jobs
