Overview
The Business Analyst will lead our analytical teams and drive strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, aligning business needs with technology solutions, and mentoring a team of business analysts to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts to ensure high-quality analysis and requirements delivery.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives through detailed analysis, data-driven insights, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including business cases, process maps, and requirements specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Establish and enforce business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Provide leadership in change management and ensure user adoption of new solutions.
- Analyse impact, risks, and dependencies associated with proposed changes.
- Support the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis and digital transformation.

Matric – GradeBachelor2 02A3 in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
