Job description :
The position will be responsible for changes to transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel components to support the Short-Term Administration optimally.
Responsibilities :
- Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse requirements for transactional systems, workflow, and OMNI channel enhancements and new implementations
- Document requirements in Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and user stories, and obtain stakeholder approval
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements
- Manage and facilitate sprint planning for development tasks
- Act as the communication liaison between the transactional system vendor and business stakeholders
- Coordinate testing, sign-off, and deployment of changes throughout the software development lifecycle
Minimum Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Information TechnologyMinimum 2 - 3 years work experience in similar roleExperienced in concepts like software development lifecycles, sprint planning, agile methodologies etc.Experience in financial services (Short-term insurance)Good understanding of server infrastructureShould you not receive a response from us within one week of your application, your application has unfortunately not been successful.
