Senior Architect

🔑 What Youll Do :

• Lead the design and delivery of complex building services projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and stakeholders to integrate architecture with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Drive innovative approaches to energy efficiency, green building design, and smart systems integration.

🎯 What Were Looking For :

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Architecture (professional registration preferred).

8+ years experience in architecture, with a focus on building services.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems integration.

Proficiency in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools).

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
