Responsibilities
- Implement, support, and optimise Dealer Management Systems (DMS) within client dealerships.
- Analyse dealership financial and operational processes to ensure system alignment and efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and best practice usage of the DMS.
- Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with internal IT and software providers for resolution.
- Assist clients in improving workflows, reporting, and compliance through system capabilities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure optimal system usage.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the go-to specialist for DMS-related queries.
Requirements
Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, IT, or Business (advantageous).Strong background in automotive dealership operations, particularly finance and administration.Proven experience with Dealer Management Systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, Autoline, or similar).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to train and guide teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.What We Offer
