Job descriptionMarketing degree or diploma Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio or examples required). Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics . Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Passionate about social media, with knowledge of current trends and platform best practices. Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead, manage deadlines, and work on multiple projects at once. Strong analytical mindset to interpret social media insights and adapt strategies. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Job Description
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Create high-quality, eye-catching, and on-brand content (graphics, photos, videos, captions, and stories).
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with brand voice.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
- Analyse social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, recruitment, etc.) to align social media with business goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone across all channels.
