Location : City of Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa (remote posting shows international scope; role focuses on Germany)

We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to join AnyVan and help reinvent moving using smart technology. You will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy team that values growth and customer success.

What you'll be doing

Talk to customers all over Germany who need to move big stuff (like full house moves or large items) and show them how AnyVan can help
Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by demonstrating the value of AnyVan’s services
Manage your leads and hit targets for calls, conversions, and revenue on a weekly and monthly basis
Work with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies
Share customer feedback and market insights to help improve services

What you'll need to succeed

Fluent in both German and English (speaking and writing)

A passion for sales and experience in a phone-based role; call centre experience is advantageous

A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced phone-based sales or customer service role

Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone

Resilience and a positive attitude

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bias to action and the ability to deliver quality work quickly

Ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week and work to flexible shift patterns including some evenings and weekends
