Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration (advantage)
- Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics environment
- Knowledge of transport coordination and warehouse processes
- Must be willing to work SHIFT WORK & WEEKEND

Excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsComputer literate (MS Office; Excel proficiency essential)Experience with ERP / WMS systems is advantageousKey Responsibilities :
Handle all administrative duties within the logistics department (filing, data capturing, document control).Prepare, process, and track delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documentation.Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, including scheduling transport and liaising with drivers and service providers.Maintain accurate records of stock movements, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and dispatch documentation.Capture and update logistics data on internal systems (ERP, Excel, or company-specific software).Communicate with clients, warehouses, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and queries.Support inventory management by reconciling stock records and highlighting discrepancies.Prepare and submit daily / weekly / monthly logistics reports as required.Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.Provide general administrative support to the logistics.How to Apply :
