Overview

SA - Freestate, SasolburgR14 000 A specialized facility focused on aeronautical research and development for the international market, located on a secluded farm between Sasolburg and Parys in the Free State, is currently seeking a qualified Mechanical Technician to join its team.

Minimum requirements

• Minimum education : Grade 10
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to think critically
• Experience in Engine and gearbox assembly, Fabrication (grinding, drilling, lathe work, milling, basic welding), Spray painting (2K systems)
• Willingness to work on hydraulic systems
• Ability to learn new skill sets and adapt to new technologies
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to own transport
