Responsibilities
- Provide marketing advice, guidance, and support to the entire distribution channel for the region of responsibility.
- Provide the field force with the appropriate marketing tools, research, and techniques to influence productivity targets.
- Ensure that Financial Advisers are knowledgeable on Gap Cover by conducting and facilitating regular training programs and using technology to create awareness and boost gap sales.
- Grow Gap sales in the region of responsibility.

Provide evidence of strategy to enhance the awareness of Gap using technology.Provide evidence of developing a business development plan with Financial Advisors to grow Gap sales.Ensure FAs and sales leaders are proficient in Gap Cover and provide evidence of sessions planned.Provide evidence of production tracking.Show the percentage / actual increase in production from before and after business development plan implementation.Show tracking against target and achievement of target.Seniority level
