Technical Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of all technical systems within our hospital. This is a pivotal role ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of our medical, electrical, and facility infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the hospital's technical services team, including Engineers, Technicians, and contractors.
• Ensure the timely maintenance and servicing of all medical equipment, HVAC systems, generators, lifts, fire alarms, and other critical infrastructure.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to technical faults and emergencies.
• Monitor compliance with health & safety regulations, Health Technical Memoranda (HTM), and other relevant standards.
• Oversee contractor work, ensuring quality control and compliance with hospital policies.
• Prepare and manage technical budgets, procurement, and maintenance records.
• Collaborate with hospital administration, clinical staff, and external partners to support operational excellence.
