Role responsibilities :
Managing large climate change projects and clientsSelling climate change and sustainability services, and business developmentSupporting the Director to grow the climate change team and mentor junior consultantsTechnical leadershipMinimum of 8 years’ experience in a consulting firmExperience in management of large projectsBachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, development finance, environmental management or equivalent (master’s degree or PhD will be an added advantage)Technical competency in two of the following areas : climate change adaptation, climate resilience, climate risk and vulnerability, climate finance, climate policy or ESGExperience in selling sustainability services, business development and client management.We believe that a diverse work force is key to our business success.
