Job descriptionFamiliarity with industry trends and innovative construction methodologies. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities. EE / AA candidates will be given preference in line with our Employment Equity targets. Willingness to relocate / travel for unspecified periods. Valid Code B driver's license. Able to speak, read, and write in English and Afrikaans.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience as a contracts manager.
- Degree or Diploma in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
- Must have been part of more than 15 general building projects as contracts manager which is to be evident on your CV.
- Must be very familiar with all types of construction contracts.
