Temp Stores Admin

A leading player in the manufacturing and industrial sector is seeking a Temporary Stores Admin to support its dynamic operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced detail-oriented professional looking to gain exposure in a fast-paced and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate records of inventory stock movements and store transactions.

Process documentation related to incoming and outgoing stock.

Liaise with procurement production and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials.

Perform regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure store areas are organized compliant and meet company safety standards.

Provide administrative support to the Stores Supervisor and wider operations team.

Requirements :

A minimum of 23 years experience in a similar administrative / stores role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and stock management systems.

• Syspro is non-negotiable

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Must be available immediately and willing to commit to a temporary assignment .
