The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact in our sales process. You’re not just making calls—you’re building connections. You will identify, contact, and qualify leads, opening the door for our Account Executives to step in and close deals.
This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, high energy, a drive for growth, and a passion for tech-enabled solutions in a B2B environment.
What You’ll Do
- Reach out via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage new leads
- Research and identify ideal customer profiles using tools like LinkedIn and CRM platforms
- Follow up with website and campaign leads
- Respond to inquiries from prospects and assess potential fit
- Secure qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain ownership of first contact and ensure a seamless handover to AE
- Conduct initial needs assessments to gauge suitability and buying intent
- Build rapport and trust with prospects to improve conversion
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead status in HubSpot
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
