Training Officer (Graduates)

We are looking for young and energetic individuals who have recently graduated with a degree in any of the following fields : HR Management, Project Management, and Business Management.

These individuals must demonstrate a keen interest in becoming educators in their respective professions.

Successful candidates will be coached, mentored, developed, and certified in line with QCTO best practices.

Exposed to

• Plan and co-ordinate activities to ensure effective knowledge transfer i.e. attendance registers, training manuals, feedback reports etc.
• Facilitate the delivery of Cartrack Specific learning material.
• Facilitate learner competency assessments.
• Produce applicable monthly reports.

Assist with projects and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Stay up-to-date with Karooooo systems, processes, policies, procedures, products etc.
