Job descriptionCash position monitoring / reporting, cash flow forecasts and working capital optimisation Drive collections of debtors and drive reduction of overdue debtors Assist with distributor (UPD) queries Monitor DSO and DPO metrics in line with Group targets and Debtor / Supplier account maintenance and Master data management Ensure suppliers are settled timeously in line with payment terms and supplier recons are up to date Review of debtors and creditors analysis and reporting issues to the Senior Finance Manager SARB Approvals / Renewals are obtained for foreign payments and Compliance with BBBEE Payments and Transfers to be completed accurately and timeously Drive the Group Indirect Procurement Policy Supplier database management Drive procurement process optimisation Prepare and deliver monthly transactions in line with Group timelines Monthly Balance Sheets Recon preparation Maintain comprehensive, accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies and audit standards Working Capital Reporting VAT Payments and Recons Ensure all financial processes and transactions adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Continuously improve on the control environment as the business grows Prepare for and support Technical Finance pertaining to internal and external audits Identify and report risks relating to Operational Finance Lead enhancement projects relating to internal controls / automation of processes Team Leadership and development of the team Able to effectively communicate and build relations with the wider business and external partners to the company Ad hoc business tasks and projects Compliance : Ensure that all compliance elements are effectively implemented and adhered to. Forwarding of all received Product Quality Complaints, Adverse Events and Medical Enquiries to the relevant person in Quality Assurance / Pharmacovigilance / Medical Affairs. Completion of all assigned training within the specified timelines CA(SA) with a minimum of 5 years post articles experience Financial Analysis and Reporting Skills Highly numerate, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Computer Literacy – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understand commercial operations and sales processes Experience in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Knowledge of risk assessment, compliance frameworks, and internal control procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effectively engaging with various stakeholders. Ability to lead and manage projects Highly numerate and attention to detail Leadership experience in managing a team, providing guidance, and reviewing deliverables related to key account and commercial activities Embodies Values & Behaviours in all internal and external interactions.

- Bridge the gap between finance and operations, ensuring that financial strategies and decisions are aligned with the day-to-day functioning of the business
