Brand Designer (Remote SA)
About The Role
Our client is looking for a versatile Brand Designer to join their growing team full‑time. This is a unique opportunity to take creative ownership of a brand’s design direction, replacing external agency work with a dedicated, long‑term designer. You’ll lead the design and visual development of marketing assets, digital campaigns, and brand materials — ensuring a cohesive, modern, and elevated look across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials and platforms.
- Design brand assets for digital and print — including e‑books, white papers, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Create engaging designs for social media, email campaigns, and paid digital channels.
- Design and update web pages (ideally using Webflow) with a focus on usability and brand alignment.
- Prototype and build interactive tools or web experiences that push the brand design envelope.
- Leverage AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, or similar) to create visuals and streamline creative workflows.
- Edit and produce short‑form videos to support marketing and brand storytelling (bonus skill).
- Collaborate directly with leadership to concept and deliver high‑impact design initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
3+ years of professional experience in brand or visual design roles.Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple mediums (digital, web, and print).Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Webflow.Experience with AI‑driven creative tools for image or video generation.Strong sense of brand storytelling, typography, layout, and color.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver high‑quality work on deadline.Video editing or motion design experience a plus.Seniority level
