Duties and Responsibilities :
- Process and manage claims submitted by clients on the portal
- Review claim details and compare them with the insurer’s documentation.
- Make claims “live” once verified.
- Prepare daily payments for clients.
- Process quotes for parts and issue authorizations for suppliers.
- Ensure payments from insurers are received and follow up when necessary.
- Monitor clients’ bank accounts daily and allocate funds correctly.
- Ensure clients stay within their limits and do not default due to non-payment.
- Handle clients professionally, even in difficult situations.
- Follow established processes carefully to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements :
Strong administrative skills.Senior Certificate – a relevant Diploma or Certificate will be beneficialAccuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good problem-solving skills.Experience in claims, finance, or insurance is an advantage.Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.#J-18808-Ljbffr
