To lead the strategic and operational performance of our Full Maintenance Leasing (FML) and Operational Leasing portfolio. This senior leadership role is central to delivering exceptional client value, operational excellence, and sustainable profitability within our growing fleet management business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in fleet leasing, asset finance, or vehicle management — with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.Strong understanding of vehicle life‑cycle management, residual value risk, and maintenance cost control.Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and improving operational efficiency in a complex environment.Deep knowledge of leasing systems, vendor management, and financial performance drivers.Behavioural Competencies
