Electrical Technician - West Coast

My client a company located on the West Coast (Saldanha / Vredenburg) is looking to employ an experienced Electrical Technician to join their team as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be accountable to the Senior Electrical Technician. To qualify for this position the most suitable candidate must fulfill the following requirements :

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• S4 Electrical Engineering or an Equivalent Qualification as per the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and RPL - SAQA would be considered.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Must have Siemens PLC experience or similar system.
• Instrumentation experience will be an added advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings and diagrams.
• Must have Supervisory skills, with the ability to transfer knowledge to students and apprentices.
• Must have a valid and unendorsed drivers license.
