Role Summary

As Marketing and Communications Director, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying the mission of TWR Africa by developing and implementing strategic marketing and communication plans. This position is responsible for overseeing all internal and external communications at TWR Africa, enhancing the organization’s public presence, and ensuring all messaging aligns with Christian values and the vision of the ministry.

Note : This position is a supported / sponsored missionary role (not a direct hire opportunity), so the approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financially for their full salary and benefits. The Marketing and Communications team is seeking a new director to lead its team of writers, graphic designers and creatives to tell the story of God\'s work through TWR.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to promote the organization’s mission, programs, and values.
• Align all communication strategies with the organization\'s vision, values, and Christian principles.
• Lead and manage a small team of marketing and communication professionals, including a content creator, social media manager, and graphic designer.
