Pastry Chef de Partie
An exciting opportunity has opened for a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our luxury property. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for pastry who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is eager to contribute to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver menus that reflect creativity and consistency
- Ensure all products meet the highest standards of presentation, taste, and texture
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP and kitchen regulations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and inventory control
- Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal offerings
- Train and mentor junior team members when required
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Pastry CDP or in a similar pastry role within luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurantsStrong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparationCreativity and passion for developing innovative and visually stunning dessertsExcellent time management and ability to work under pressureKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsRelevant culinary qualification or equivalent experienceWhat We Offer :
